If you are wanting to exchange your cover for a different finish and are within your 60 Day trial then we have a couple of options for you!
Respond to customer service with one of the following options:
- Contact us to initiate an exchange and ship the cover back to us. Upon receiving your cover, we will build your new cover and ship it to you. You will be charged for the difference in cost of the new finish and a return shipping fee of $59.
- Want your new cover sooner? Contact us to initiate an expedited exchange where we bill you and ship a replacement cover (subject to lead times) and then process a refund minus a $59 return shipping fee. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving your cover.
