Once you have fully installed your LimitedHDx Landmark™ edition, and pull back on the panels to close the cover, ensure that you are pulling back on the lock rods to fully close and secure the cover.
If you are pulling back on the lock rods, and you find that the lift ramp isn't catching, and the panels are still sagging in a V shape near the cab end, open the cover back up and check for the plastic guide.
The lock rod should be fully inserted into the plastic slider piece. (On the passenger side, this is the piece that has a spring in it; on the driver's side, it does not.)
If you do not see this plastic guide, loosen the screw that is holding the lock rod in place. The plastic slider piece has been pushed up behind the lift ramp. Once you remove the screw, you will find the plastic guide, and you will want to have the lock rod fully inserted into this piece before reinstalling the screw.
Once this is completed, you can pull the panels back towards the cab end, and once they are pulled back as far as they will go, pull back on the lock rods, and the panels will now pop up into place and be secured!
