Use the large hinge tail on the mid panel to set the correct spacing for the hinge pieces on the cab panel. We recommend leaving the screws loose on the cab hinges and then set your cab panel onto your mid panel hinges to set your spacing. Then torque down your screws to hold the hinges in place.
